Smoke and a Sensitive Nose
I don’t smoke and ever since I was a kid, I really don’t like to be near anyone who got their lighted cigarettes with them. This is all because my rhinitis could disturb me for the rest of the day or sometimes, my asthma will make me stay up the whole night in case I inhale the smoke. Yeah I admit, I got the sensitive nose but what can I do?

Unfortunately, my father is a chain smoker and he doesn’t seem to believe anyone that smoking could be really detrimental. He doesn’t even want to try using a Volcano Vaporizer as a substitute for smoking. I heard that a vaporizer has a lot of health benefits because it releases therapeutic compounds from the herbs unlike smoking that could kill your lungs. It also decreases the harmful effects of second hand smoke. But he insists that smoking is still better.
Since he doesn’t listen to anyone, I just stay away from him to avoid inhaling my allergen. But college came and some of my friends are smokers. So little by little, I got used to being with people who smoke. I’m not a kill joy, anyway.
